Ingredients
1000 g Cabbage100 g Bacon Bits2 tsp Sugar¼ Liter Broth2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar1 tbsp Caraway1 pinch Salz
Directions
Cut the cabbage into strips.
Heat up the bacon bits.
Add sugar to the bits.
Toss in the cabbage and mix.
Add broth and vinegar.
Add caraway seeds.
Cover and let simmer for 35 minutes. Then remove cover, turn to middle heat, and let the cabbage cook till soft and the liquid has reduced. Season with salt.

Serves 6 with approximately 1 cup servings.
