Low Carb Apple Walnut muffin

Ingredients
1 Egg1 Tsp Olive Oil or butter1 Tsp Cinnamon1/2 Tsp Baking powder1 Splenda Packet1/4 cup Flax Seed Meal1 Tbsp Natural Apple Sauce1/4 cup chopped Walnuts
Directions
Makes 1 serving

Wisk egg, apple sauce and oil.
Stir dry ingredients together.
Mix wet with dry. Mix well and add walnuts.
Spray mug/small bowl with nonstick spray
Microwave until done, between 40 seconds and 1 minute. Watch closely.
It should slide out of the cup but I ate mine out of the bowl.
