Whole Wheat Pancakes with Fax Seed

Ingredients
1 Cup White All Purpose Flour1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour2 tsps Baking Powder2 Tbs Sugar.5 tsps Salt2 Large Eggs2 Cups Fat Free Milk6 Tbs Milled Flax Seed
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. In a seperate Measuring container, mix all wet ingredients. Combine and wisk. Mixture will have a few lumps and will be very thick.

Cook on ungreased skillet at 350-375 degrees.
