Baked Won Tons

Ingredients
1/2 pound ground pork1/2 pound extra lean ground turkey1 small onion chopped1/3 cup Less Sodium Teriyaki Sauce1.5 tsp ground ginger1/4 cup Egg Beaters1 12 oz pkg. Won Ton Wrappers (48 wrappers)
Directions
1.) In a large skillet, cook the pork, turkey and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in the sauce, egg substiture and ginger.

2.) Position a won ton wrapper with one point toward you. Place 2 heaping tsp. of filling in the center of the wrapper. Fold bottom corner over filling. Roll toward remaining point. Moisten top corner with water; press to seal.

3.) place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray; lightly coat won tons with additional cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 munutes, or until golden brown, turning once.
