1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 4tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 1.5 stalks chopped Celery, raw, medium 1 cup Onions, raw, chopped
Directions
mash chickpeas in bowl(helps if heated slightly)
mix in other ingredients

serve on toast, bread, or a bed of spinach(not figured into calorie count)
