Ham, Cheese and Potato Quiche

1 Premade Pie crust1 Tbsp. Olive Oil1 head of garlic1 medium onion1 cup frozen hash browns1 cup diced ham, pre-cooked1 cup shredded cheddar cheese3 eggs, beaten1 cup fat free milk1/8 cup pestosalt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Bake pie crust until crust is crisp (5-10 mins).
Sweat the onions in olive oil. Then add garlic and ham. Spoon mixture into baked pie crust. Scatter cheese over mixture.
Beat eggs, milk pesto, salt and pepper in a bowl. Then pour into pie crust.
Bake for 40 minutes until surface is browned.
