Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast1 bunch fresh broccolibaby carrots - sliced1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup light corn syrup1 cup water2 Tbls cornstarch
Directions
Makes 4 full servings, serve over rice.

Cut chicken into small pieces. Spray fry pan with cooking spray. Cook chicken thoroughly.

Mix in medium size bowl 1 cup water, 2 tbls cornstarch until smooth. Stir in 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup corn syrup, 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes.

When chicken is cooked, remove from pan. Add vegetables to pan with a little water and cook until slightly crunch. Add sauce and meat. Bring to a boil.

Serve over rice.
