Cauliflower Turkey Chowder

Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower1 lb. turkey sausage8 cups fat free chicken broth1 cup 98% fat free cream of chicken soup2 c. frozen cornsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
place soup, broth and cauliflower in crock pot. Let cook on high for 4 hours. Add Cream Cheese and let cook for 30 min. Add 3 TBSP. of Corn Starch for thickening. (adds 5 calories per serving)
Add cooked Turkey Sausage (can use spicy for added kick!), add corn, let cook for additional 30 min. until thick. Makes quite a lot! Each SErving is about 2 cups.
