Stylized Curry

Ingredients
1.5 C. Boiled potatoes1.5 C. Red kidney Beans1.5 C. Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)4 Ripe Plum Tomatoes2 Tbsp. Curry PowderUp to 1 C. Water
Directions

Put Potatoes and Kidney Beans in a non-stick skillet and heat on med. High heat until the beans are starting to "break down a bit" or get slightly mushy. Add the Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans), tomatoes cut into quarters, curry powder, and up to 1 C. water. There should be enough water that it comes just over the rest of the ingredients.

Let come to a light boil and cook for about 5 mins, until the sauce is at your prefered consistency (The beans thicken the sauce up nicely.. you wont believe its not made with a cream sauce)

This is great served over rice! (not included in nutrion info!)
