This recipe is not bad. I can't be to harsh a judge because I didn't follow the recipe completely. First, I doubled the recipe and marinaded the chicken in the spices, OJ, and garlic for a couple of hours before pouring it all in a pan and adding the vegatables. I also added broccoli. - 2/1/09

When I started to prepare the meal, I didn't know how to put the ingredients in the dish. I followed the order of the ingredient list. I ended up with a spice rub on the chicken. Next time, I would put the spinach on the bottom & maybe mix the liquid & spice. But it was delicious the 1st way too! - 1/28/09

Honestly, there were just waaaay too many flavors going on at once. The garlic and onion clash with everything, there is too much salt...I didn't taste any orange. It tasted okay, but I tried it using only the veggies (minus onion), chicken, juice, and just the dill and it was MUCH better. - 1/27/09
