Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
1.5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed3 cups water1 onion1/2 tsp. coriander1 tsp onion powder2 cloves garlicfresh cilantro1 can corn1 can cream corn, no salt added1 can Rotel1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
Directions
Boil water and add chicken.
Sautee onions and add to boiling chicken
When chicken is cooked, add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15-20 mins.

Makes 4 large servings (or 6-8 smaller ones).
