Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Ground Turkey Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
2 pound package ground turkey1 large can crushed tomatoes (100 grams is the only measurement listed - I hope it's ok)1/2 large package frozen mixed peppers1/2 large package frozen spinachbasil, oregano and dried red pepper flakesgarlic to tastea couple of pinches of salt1 cup Parmesan cheese added to the sauce1 package whole wheat angel hair pasta
Directions
Slowly brown the ground turkey - if you do it slowly, you won't need to add oil at all.

Season with garlic, oregano, basil and dried red pepper. Now add more!

Add frozen vegetables.

Cover and simmer slowly until veggies are thawed.

Add crushed tomatoes and stir well

Add water leaving sauce on simmer until sauce reduces to your desired consistancy. Taste and adjust seasonings.

Follow directions for pasta. Drain without rinsing,

Serve with salad.
