Guacamole

Ingredients
1 and 1/2 Avacados1 medium tomato1/2 small onionJuice of 1/2 LemonSalt and Pepper
Directions
Dice avacado very small (for a chunkier guacamole) or puree it if you desire a smooth dip.
Add diced tomatoes and diced onion, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Puree the final result for a smoother guacamole (I like some chunks in mine :) )
