Asian Pot Roast

Ingredients
1 (4 lb) boneless roast1 Tbsp garlic salt1 Tbsp black pepper1 Tbsp dry mustard powder1 Tbsp olive oil3 C water3/4 C soy sauce3 Tbsp white vinegar1/4 C honey1 tsp ground ginger1 tsp celery salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Use an oven-proof skillet and preheat the olive oil in the oven. Coat the roast with the garlic salt, pepper, and dry mustard. Add the roast to the oil and cook for 5 minutes on both sides. Combine the rest of the ingredients to the crockpot. Add the roast and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
