Yummy. I added one ripe banana mashed up, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce and since I didn't have blueberries by the pint - I used 1 cup plus maybe a 1/4 cup more at the end to finish off the batter. I made them in minimuffin cups and it made 46 muffins. :) - 6/20/10

These are VERY tasty. Moist. Delicious. I substituted applesauce for oil and it worked great.

The ONLY negative??? WAY too many blueberries!!! Use half and you're good. They were difficult to eat because of how many blueberries were in them! - 9/11/09
