Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
2 1/3 cups flour1 cup packed brown sugar1 cup sugar2/3 cup butter - softened1/2 cup water2 tsp baking soda3 eggs1 can pumpkin (15 oz)1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice (optional)1 tsp salt1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Cream together sugars, butter, and eggs. Add flour, pumpkin, water, pie spice, baking soda and salt - mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into greased pans. Bake at 350
two loaf pans - about 45 minutes
regular muffins - 20 minutes
mini muffins - 10 minutes
Makes about 65 mini muffins
