Spoon Rolls

Ingredients
1 pckg dry yeast2 cups lukewarm water4 cups self-rising flour1/4 c. sugar3/4 c. melted shortening1 egg
Directions
Dissolve yeast in water. Mix together with other ingredients in a large bowl. Store covered in refrigerator for up to a week or cook immediately.

Cook: Spoon batter into well-greased muffin tins and bake 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
