guilt free chicken salad

Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast . 3Tbs fat free mayonnaise, 1 small onion(chopped), 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/4 cup dill pickle, 1 small granny smith apple chopped 1 Tbs black pepper
Directions
Boil the chicken breast until done. Remove from the pan and let cook. Once the chicken has cooled to touch, place in a food processor and chop/dice to preference. Add the ingredients as follows.
