White Clam Sauce

Ingredients
1 can Chopped Clams in Clam Juice, drained, liquid reserved2 teaspoons Olive Oil3 garlic cloves, minced1/2 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced1/4 teaspoon ground oregano or basil leavesDash of freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In a medium saucepan, cook garlic in oil until tender. Add reserved clam liquid and remaining ingredients except clams. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add clams and heat through, do not boil or clams will be tough. Serve with linquine and parmesan cheese.
