Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
2 whole wheat bread slices1 slice of American Cheese2 leaves of Iceberg Lettuce2 medium slices of red ripe tomatoesPoultry seasoning1 tbsp of olive oil
Directions
Season the piece of chicken breast with poultry seasoning. Place olive oil in a pan to heat up. Place the chicken breast on the hot oil to cook. cook until desired. While the chicken is cooking, make available the lettuce and tomato slices. Place the slice of American Cheese on one of the Whole Wheat bread slices and place to toast in toaster oven until desired. If toaster oven not available, toast the slices first and then put the slice of cheese on top of one of the slices of bread. When the chicken and the breast is done, place the chicken on top of the bread with the cheese, place the lettuce and tomato slices on top of the chicken and then place the remaining piece of bread on top of the tomato. Makes one serving. Enjoy.
