Mushooms & Sour Cream sauce

Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) chopped * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Mushrooms, fresh, 500 grams sliced (alternatively you can use 450 grams canned mushrooms) * Sour Cream, reduced fat, 75 grams * Garlic, 1 clove minced
Directions
In a pan add the olive oil, onion and garlic until they turn little golden then add the mushrooms. Let it cook in its own sauce for 10 min (5 if canned). Then add the sour cream and keep it on the heat until it starts to boil again.

Makes 4 small servings or 2 bigger ones.

Can be used as side item for grilled chicken/pork and veggies.
