Reduced Fat Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef (93/7)One Jar Ragu Light Spaghetti SauceTwo cloves minced garlic2/3 Spaghetti Jar of Water1/2 tsp. Onion Powder1/2 tsp Italian Seasonsalt and pepper 15 oz. Part Skim Ricotta Cheese1/2 cup Parmasean Cheese2 egg whitesBarilla no cook lasagna noodles6 slices Kraft fat free swiss cheese singles2 cups Part skim Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Brown Ground Beef and drain any fat. Add spaghetti sauce, water, garlic, onion powder, italian season, and salt and pepper to taste.
In seperate bowl combine Ricotta Cheese, Parmasean Cheese, egg whites, and salt and pepper to taste.
Spray a 9X13 baking dish with cooking spray. Put a thin layer of sauce in the bottom and layer three sheets of lasagna noodles. Spread about 1/3 of the Ricotta cheese mixture on the noodles and put another thin layer of sauce on. Sprinkle a couple hand fulls of Mozzarella Cheese over Sauce and break up two swiss cheese singles and place over Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layer two more times. Put the remaining sauce and cheese on the top and cover with aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for about 50 min. Remove foil and continue to bake 5 - 7 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to sit for 10 - 15 min. before cutting. Cut into 12 slices.
