Crock Pot Beef Stoup

Ingredients
2 # Beef Round Steak, Cubed1 Envelope Mrs. Grass Low Sodium Onion Soup1 Box Green Giant Honey Glased Carrots, FROZEN1 Box Green Giant Peas, FROZEN3 Cups Green Beans, FROZEN1 - 15oz Can Whole White Potatos, DRAINED1 - 15oz Can Sweet Potato in Syrup, DRAINED1 - 14 3/4oz Can Beef Broth1 Cup Tomato Juice
Directions
Toss Beef Cubes in Onion Soup Mix to coat. Place in bottom of Crock Pot. Layer Frozen Vegetables on top of Beef. Chunk Whole Potatos and layer on vegetables. Drain swet potatos and place on vegetables. Pour Can of Beef Broth and Tomato Juice over everything. Cover with Lid and Cook on Low for 9-10 hours. ENJOY!!! -- You can thicken in last 15 minutes with Flour Roux if you like. Serve with Tossed Salad.
