1 cup onion, chopped fine2 Tbsp garlic minced96% fat free ground beef1 pkg McCormick's Chili Seasoning, 33% less sodium1 can (15 oz) Bush's Black Beans, drained and rinsed1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, dark red, Kroger brand, drained and rinsed1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, light red, Kroger brand, drained and rinsed2 can (16 oz each) chili beans, Bush's (do not drain and rinse)1 can (16 oz) cannellini beans, Bush's (white kidney beans), drained and rinsed1 can (8 oz) Delmonte summer crips corn1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, mild1 can (14.5 oz) Hunt's petite diced tomatoes with mild green chiles1 can (14.5 oz) Hunt's petite diced tomatoes1/2 cup water
Using a large stock pot, add onion, garlic and grond beef. Cook until browned, stirring to crumble the ground beef. Once browned, add the seasoning pkg and stir well; then add 1/2 cup of water. Cook for 2 minutes to bring out the flavors of the chili seasoning pkg. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes. You can also put this in your crockpot and let it cook on low all day long.
May add garnishes like cheese, sour cream, chives, etc but these are not calculated in the nutritional information.
