Better for you bread spread

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter1/2 cup vegetable oil (safflower, olive, coconut)1/2 cup buttermilk
Directions
Whip together until smooth, using food processor or mixer. Mix will be somewhat thin when properly mixed; put in the refrigerator and it will firm up. The taste will vary depending upon the oil you use; olive oil is quite strong and coconut oil results in a much harder product. This cannot be used in frying; in baked goods, the quality varies. Primarily for use as a spread, on toast, waffles, and for other family members (who won't know its good for them!).
