Tasty Turkey, Rice, and Beans

Ingredients
8 oz ground turkey.5 c rice (uncooked)1 can diced tomatoes, no salt added1 can black beans, drained1 green bell pepper, dicedSeasonings:Curry powderOreganoChili pepperCayenne pepper(I didn't measure when I added them, but this combination is wonderful)
Directions
While rice is cooking according to box instructions, brown ground turkey with all four seasonings. (Go light with the cayenne, just to warn you) When rice is done, add the turkey, green pepper, tomatoes, and beans into the rice pot. Throw in some extra curry powder, oregano, and chili pepper, with some salt. Mix it together and cook over low - medium low for about five minutes, until warm.

Makes four servings. If you've got a scale, mine measured out to be 11 oz/serving.
