3 egg whites1/8 tsp cream of tartar1/8 tsp salt2/3 cup sugar
Preheat the oven to 200F/95C
Mix the egg whites, cream of tartar and salt on high speed until soft peaks form. Then gradually add the sugar and beat the egg whites for another 1.5 minutes until you get stiff shiny peaks.
Divide the batter in 14 pieces and put in the oven for 2 hours. Then let them cool in the oven.
When stored in a air thight container you can keep them for about 2 months
