1 pound Italian sausage 4 cups birds eye zucchini & squash mixture 6 oz. bow tie pasta (about half 12 oz. box)2 tsp garlic minced1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes choped2 tbsp olive oil1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in large skillet and brown sausage over medium heat, breaking into bite size pieces as it cooks. Add zucchini, garlic, and tomatoes to pan with sausage and cook until hot. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Combine pasta and sausage mixture together in serving dish. Top with parmesan cheese. Enjoy
