Ingredients
1lb lean ground beef1 -28oz jar of V-8 juice1-16 oz can of tomatoes(low Salt)1-16 oz bag of frozen vegetables2-Large potatoes (cubed)1-Large onion (diced)
Directions
Brown meat & onions -drain
Add all other ingredients in crock pot.
Cook on low for 4 to 6 hrs or untill patatoes are done. makes 8 1cup servings
