Banana Muffins

Ingredients
4 Large Bananas mashed1/2 cup white sugar1 beated egg1/3 cup melted margarine1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 cup flour
Directions
Mix and mash banana, sugar, egg and margarine. In a separate bowl, mix together baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour. Mix wet and dry ingredients together but do not over mix. Pour into greased or lined muffin tins and bake at 350 deg. for 20 min. or until golden brown.
