Asian Shrimp Wrap

Ingredients
2 oz cooked shrimp, chopped 1/4 cup shredded cabbage (or cole slaw mix) 1 Tbsp. sliced almonds 1/4 tsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. vinegar 1/4 tsp sugar pinch garlic powder pinch dried parsley 1/4 tsp. soy sauce 1 flour tortilla (6 ")
Directions
In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, parsley & soy sauce. Add shrimp, cabbage & almonds. Toss to coat with the dressing.


Place mixture in center of tortilla and spread to within 3/4 " of edge. Fold up bottom part of tortilla; roll from one side. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. (The plastic wrap helps it to keep its shape.
