High Fiber Banana Bundt

Ingredients
2 cups Trader Joe's High Fiber Fruit &Nut cereal1 cup whole wheat flour2 large eggs1 apple peeled and chopped2 tbsp of water1 1/2 cup skim milk3 small bananas1/4 cup milled flax seed1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup xylitol or Splenda
Directions
Mix the two cups cereal with the milk and put in microwave for 2 minutes to soften. Mash bananas in a bowl. Cook apple in water 2 minutes in microwave then mash with the bananas. Mix all remaining ingredients into the cereal mixture. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes or until fork comes out clean. Makes 8 servings.
