nutty asparagus

Ingredients
2 lbs of fresh asparagus (can also use frozen)1 clove of garlic minced2 1/2 tsp of olive oil1 cup of pine nutssea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Wash and trim fresh asparagus. Place asparagus in boiling water for about 6 minutes. While asparagus is parboiling, heat olive oil in skillet. When oil is hot, add pine nuts and garlic. Stir until nuts are browned. Mix in asparagus and sautee over med heat until slightly browned. Serve hot or cold. Makes a great side to any vegan meal or we sometimes use it as the main dish. Makes about 6 - 8 servings.
