Thai peanut noodles with pork

Ingredients
1/2 pound thinly sliced pork loin5 carrots thinly sliced on bias5 stalks celery thinly sliced on bias1 red pepper thinly sliced2 heads nappa cabbage shredded1/2 cup soy sauce5 tablespoons natural peanut butter3 cloves garlic1 tbs finely shredded ginger root1 tbs hot chili oil6 green onions thinly sliced1 pound cooked whole wheat spaghetti
Directions
In a large pan.. Heat chili oil then add pork stir fry until done. Add celery, carrots, peppers, garlic, stir fry til fragrant. Add the soy sauce and peanut butter mix well.

Add in the cabbage and green onins once off the heat along with the ginger root.

Add to hot pasta and enjoy
