6 Yukon gold potatoes 1/4 cup sunflower oil1 tsp sea salt1 tblsp black pepper1/4 cup water
Peel and cut the potatoes in small pieces.
Add sunflower oil to skillet on medium high.
Add peeled and cut yukon gold potatoes
Add 1/4 cup water
Place lid on skillet and cook on medium until tender tunring with spatula occassionally.
salt and pepper to taste.
Makes about 6 servings of 1 cup each.
