Mexican Pie

Ingredients
8 ounces ground turkey breast1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese1/4 cup chopped onion3/4 cup kernel corn1/2 cup salsa1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
Spray a skillet. Brown meat and onion. Add corn, salsa and top with cheese.

Eat with baked corn chips if wanted, not included in nutrition.
