Julia's Simple Salmon

Olive Oil Spray0.75 lb salmon fillet2 tbsp fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dillsalt and freshly ground pepper2 slices whole wheat bread
Line a baking tray with foil and place under the broiler while other ingredients are prepared. Remove baking tray from oven and coat with olive oil spray. Place salmon on baking tray and coat with olive oil spray. Broil about 6 inches from the heat for 10 minutes. Remove to individual dinner plates and sprinkle with dill and salt and peper to taste. Place bread on bottom shelf of oven for the last 2 minutes to warm through.
