Easy Spicy Chops

Ingredients
5 Thin cut center cut pork loin chops, washed & patted dry5 Tbsp soy sauce6 Cloves of garlic, individually crushed 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
In a medium sized bowl layer all items in the following order: 1 clove of garlic, 1 chop, 1 tbsp soy sauce, repeat.

Put cover on bowl - let sit out at room temp for 30 min.

Add tbsp of olive oil to griddle or cast iron fry pan. Preheat - once hot cook chops till done, flipping once. Approx. 8 minutes per side or internal temp reaches 170 degrees.

    I have marinated ribs similar to this recipe for years. I use garlic powder and the longer they are marinated the tastier they are. Excellent on grill as well. - 2/2/11

    You could adapt it to use in a slow cooker. I don't know about using thin chops though. Perhaps regular cut chops would be good - or even a pork roast. I would also maybe add some pineapple juice for a little more liquid in the slow cooker. But sounds yummy - what a great idea!!

    Wow!! That sounds awesome!! I've got to try it with the vinegar, bay leaf & blk pepper. That sounds like a terrific combination to add in. I'll bet it is good. Thank you for sharing that. :)
