Ingredients
1/2 c splenda1/4 c hershey's cocoadash salt1/3 c hot water4 c skim milk1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Directions
with heat on medium, mix splenda, cocoa, and salt in sauce pan. when mixed completely add hot water, bring to a slow boil stirring often. after two minutes add the milk, bring to heat, not boil,stirring often. once the milk has heated remove from heat add vanilla flavoring, and stir.
