Salmon Curry and Nut Salad

7 oz can of pink salmon 1/2 cup chopped celery1/4 cup chopped apple1 tbs raisins chopped1/2 tsp curry powder1/4 tsp kosher salt1/8 cup chopped nuts (pecans, almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts)splash of cider vinegar1/4 cup nonfat yogurtground black pepperdash of cayenne pepper if desired
Break up salmon in a bowl and then mix all ingredients together. Either serve right away on sandwich bread or with crackers... or it's great by itself. Will keep in the fridge for about 3 days.
