American Turkey Goulash

8 oz egg noodles2 small onions, chopped2 small zucchinis, sliced1/2 lb ground turkey1 cup tomato sauce1/2 tbsp dried basil
Prepare egg noodles according to package direction.
Over medium-high heat, saute chopped onions for 4 minutes in a large, non-stick skillet. Add zucchini and saute for 2 more minutes. Remove vegetables from the skillet and set aside.
Add ground turkey to the skillet and saute until no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
When the turkey is done, return the vegetables to the skillet. Add the tomato sauce and basil. Cook, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
Serve over the cooked egg noodles.
