White Vinegar, 1 TBSP Ingredients: Milk, 1%, 0.25 cup (remove)Banana, fresh, 3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)Granulated Sugar, 0.75 cup (remove)Butter, unsalted, 0.3 cup (remove)*Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp (remove)Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)
Put 1 Tablespoon of Vinegar (white) into a 1/4 cup and fill remainder with milk. Set aside (makes buttermilk)
Mash 3 bananas and cream together with butter and sugar. Add 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp baking soda. Mix well. Put into pan and bake at 310F for 1hour 20 minutes.
