Cucumber (peeled), 2 medium Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp
Directions
Slice cucumbers, dice tomatoes and peppers top w/ salad dressing and toss.

    I can't have raw peppers but I added a little pizazz to this recipe by adding fennel and red pepper flakes. I also opted for the lo cal Italian dressing. - 6/1/09
