Mexican Chicken Soup

Ingredients
5 cups homemade chicken stock2 cups salsa2 cooked chicken breast--shredded or cubed1 medium onion-diced0.5 large yellow pepper-diced1-19oz can Primo mixed beans-drained (or you can use black beans if you like)1 large celery stalk
Directions
Mix everything together and heat on low in your slow cooker while you are out for the day.
When you come home make a quick tossed salad and sit down and enjoy a hearty soup and salad night---better than any restaurant because you can enjoy THIS soup with your feet up!
This is even better the second day so it's great for lunch.
