Ingredients
onions, beef broth, red wine, butter, toast, swiss cheese
Directions
saute onions, add wine, boullion or beef broth, and simmmer for about 1 1/2 hours. put into bowls and top with toasted bread and cheese and put under broiler until cheese is bubbly.
