Mustard Soy Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
1/4 cup pepper jelly1/4 cup soy sauce2 tbsp dijon mustard24 oz salmon fillets1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Bring jelly, soy and mustard to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Place salmon on greased wire rack on foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with pepper and brush with 1/2 of jelly mixture. Broil 8 minutes 5 inches from heat. Top with remaining jelly mixture.
