1 large green pepper2 1/2 small onions3 large stalks celery2-4oz. cans mushroomsi jalapeno16 oz. frozen okra793 grams crushed tomatoes411grams diced tomatoes1 tsp. crushed pepper flakes1 TBS. oregano1 tsp. cayenne pepper
make 2-Piggy sized portions. We save our calories for this. ;)
Chop all the vegetables and sautee them. Add the okra, and both of the cans of tomatoes. Add your spices...we like it HOT!!
We serve with shrimp and spaghetti. Yummy!
