Hummos

Ingredients
1 15 oz can or 2 cups soaked & boiled chick peas1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 cup tahini1+ clove of garlic1 tsp salt
Directions
Boil canned chick peas about 10 min in can juice (save them).
Put lemon juice, tahini, salt, garlic in blender or processor, add chick peas and start blending. Add juice from can to desired consistence. I like mine a little thicker, so I use less than the full amount. If you like it thinner add a little more, but not to a runny stage.
Serve with whole wheat pita bread or fresh veggies like carrots or cucumber slices.
