1.5 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR.5 CUP APPLESAUCE UNSWEETENED.5 CUP SPLENDA SUGAR2 TBSP BUTTER-MELTED OR SOFTENED1 EGG 1 EGG WHITE1 TSP.CINNAMON3 SMALL OR 2 LG BANANAS1 TSP.BAKING POWDER1 TSP.BAKING SODASALT-PINCH1 TSP.VANILLA
Directions
MASH BANANAS AND ADD SUGAR & APPLESAUCE, MIX TO WELL BLENDED, ADD EGGS, MIX, ADD BUTTER AND VANILLA, MIX. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS. MIX. POUR INTO GREASED (I USE PAM SPRAY) LOAF PAN, COOK AT 325 DEGREES FOR APPROX 45 MINS, DEPENDS ON YOUR OVEN.
LET SIT FOR APPROX 10 MINS THEN REMOVE FROM PAN TO COOL.
