Super Seafood and Chicken Stirfry

Ingredients
26 shrimp2 tomatoes diced20 baby carrots sliced length wise1 1/4 cups water chestnuts sliced4 stalks celery finely chopped4 cups mushrooms sliced1 large onion chopped2 cups cooked chicken breast1 1/2 cups scallops2 tsp garlic
Directions
While chopping vegetables, cook raw shrimp by cooking in skillet and then peel, set aside. Fry onion and garlic in the same skillet until tender about 5 - 10 minutes. Add carrots and celery, cook until tender about 8 to 10 minutes. Add frozen scallops, cook 5 minutes. Add Chicken and shrimp, cook 5 minutes adding any seasonings at this time. Add mushrooms and tomatoes with water chestnuts and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes until desired tenderness. Serve over rice or cous cous.
